What if the forecast says rain?

Teaching in the open air is what we love most about our studio but some days this is not possible. We have a second area that’s available to use when ever the weather calls. We have a beautiful 7.5 meter bell tent that’s set up ready to go. We will never cancel a class because of the weather.

How do I book a class and how much do classes cost?

You can book a class right here on the website. Find the class on the timetable you wish to attend and click through the options to complete your booking.

All classes are 10 pounds and payment is made online through the booking system.

Please be aware that for special events you may need to book directly with the instructor. This will be noted on any advertising.

Where can I park?

There is a parking area in the field, so please drive in. Please try and fill the area away from the platform first. Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at your own risk.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your mat, a bottle of water to stay hydrated and perhaps some layers (or a blanket if you prefer) to make Shavasana more comfortable.

What facilities are on site?

On site we have a lovely little glamping bathroom unit which includes a hot shower, flushing toilet and a large sink. You will find areas to sit down and relax before or after class.

How can I find you?

The full address is Hillside Wellness, Bell Lane, Nutley, East Sussex, TN22 3PD
Turn left off the A22 by St. James' church and head slowly down Bell Lane. Continue for half a mile down the lane, where the road will steepen. The entrance is on the right, up a gravel path. This can be hard to see when coming from the Nutley village direction, so if you find yourself starting to head back up the hill and see a converted barn along with some cottages you will know you have gone too far - please turn round.
